EU projects
OT Port Gdynia Sp. z o.o. with the support of the European Union is implementing a project called “Retrofitting the intermodal ro-ro terminal in Gdynia by OT Port Gdynia Sp. z o.o.”, which involves equipping the Company with specialized reloading equipment for handling cargo in intermodal units (semi-trailers, containers) and IT devices supporting the handling of these cargoes.
The purchase of modern equipment will influence the development of the terminal and contribute to improving its competitiveness in the TEN-T network corridor. OT Port Gdynia will increase its reloading capacity of intermodal cargo units, as well as ensure greater timeliness of reloading on regular connections. As a result, thanks to the implementation of the project called “Retrofitting the intermodal ro-ro terminal in Gdynia by OT Port Gdynia Sp. z o.o.” the company will have modern infrastructure, which will translate into greater transhipment capacity.
Project co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under Measure 3.2 Development of maritime transport, inland waterways and multimodal connections (group C Intermodal transport) of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014–2020 (www.pois.gov.pl).
The value of the project is: PLN 17,078,992.80
The amount of funding granted from EU funds is: PLN 6,942,680.00
European Funds – Information on reporting potential irregularities or financial fraud
In order to enable reporting of potential irregularities or financial fraud, the Managing Authority has developed and made available IT tools enabling the transmission of information on suspected irregularities or financial fraud, in particular through:
- special email address (naduzycia.POIS@mfipr.gov.pl)
- electronic reporting system via a dedicated website (www.pois.gov.pl/strony/zglaszanie-nieprawidlowosci/).
Providing the possibility of reporting information about irregularities is part of the organizational culture of OT Port Gdynia sp. z o.o. and is an expression of concern for its prosperity as well as for the best interest of the entire OT Logistics S.A.
