Education

  • Higher education, graduate of the Maritime University of Gdynia at the Faculty of Administration.

Experience

  • He gained professional experience in managing regional projects while serving as a management board member of the Regional Development Agency in Gdańsk and Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza Gdańskiego SA in 1991-1994.
  • In 1995 – 2001, he expanded his knowledge in the field of capital investments, working as investment director at PTP Kleinwort-Benson, Everest Capital and BRE Private Equity.
  • Since 2001, he has held various positions on the management boards of production and service companies, including: Zakłady Metalurgiczne “Skawina” SA., IZO-ERG SA., Odratrans SA.
    From 2005, he worked in the Orbis/Accor group, serving as a member of the management board, vice-president and president of the company conducting licensing activities – HERTZ Lease and HERTZ Rent A Car.

Education

  • Higher education in economics, graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk, specializing in Maritime Trade.

Experience

  • His entire professional life has been associated with work in the port.
  • 25 years of work at the Port of Gdańsk, in various positions, ranging from stevedore, forwarder and company administrator, to the positions of Department Head, Chief Coordinator and Operations Director, allowed him to gain the experience necessary to plan and manage processes related to port and sea trade.
  • In the OT Logistics Group from January 2018 to June 2018 as the Operations Director of the Port Division.
  • Optimization of reloading processes and the equivalence of all professional groups in work teams are the principles that he has always followed and continues to be guided by when managing human resources in the teams reporting to him.
