Management Board

Higher education, graduate of the Administration Faculty of the Maritime University of Gdynia.
He also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Gdańsk, majoring in foreign trade.

He has over 20 years of professional experience working in the port of Gdańsk in managerial positions in companies related to port and sea trade (Head of the Transhipment and Storage Department, Operations Director, Commercial Director).
He was also a member of the Supervisory Boards of PPSU “WOC” and GTK SA.
In 2009-2016 he served as Member of the Management Board for Operations at Port Gdański Eksploatacja S.A.
In his professional life so far, he has managed the operational sphere and has also been responsible for trade policy, which contributed to his gaining knowledge about the principles of operation of port terminals.

A graduate of the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, where he completed the MBA Executive program
He completed postgraduate studies in logistics at the same university

He has over 20 years of experience in purchasing management, process optimization, restructuring, business development and project management.
He gained experience in companies such as: OTIS Elevator Company, Wincanton, Raben Group, CTL Logistics Group and PKP Cargo Group, where he supervised the purchasing area and managed the work of the established purchasing group.
He also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of CTL Maczki and OT Porty Morskie.
He has been associated with the OT Logistics Group since 2018, initially as Purchasing Director and then as Vice-President and President of the Management Board of Kolej Bałtycka S.A.

He holds a higher education degree, having graduated from the University of Gdańsk with a specialization in Business Economics. Additionally, he expanded his knowledge through postgraduate studies at the Kozminski University (specialization: Law for Managers) and the University of Gdańsk (ACCA). His international management perspective was enriched by participating in the prestigious “Strategic Management” program at Kellogg University in Chicago.

He has 15 years of experience in corporate financial management. He combines a modern approach to finance with the use of Business Intelligence technology, making him a valued specialist in his field.
THe specializes in strategic financial planning, cash flow optimization, cost control, profitability calculation of investment projects, and company refinancing. He gained his competencies in renowned trading and distribution companies such as Jeronimo Martins, Gemini Pharmacies, and Intermarché, where he held positions such as Deputy General Manager, Director of Controlling and Treasury, and Head of Controlling.
