OT Port Gdynia Terminal holds the following certificates: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 HACCP, GMP+B3 as well as AEO Certificate.
ISO 9001:2015 standard
Requirements set out in this standard are met within the scope of comprehensive handling and storage services at the OT Port Gdynia General Cargo Department.
The certificate was issued in October 2003 by PIHZ Certyfikacja (Polish Foreign Trade Chamber Certification), re-certified every 3 years, the current one is valid until October 2024.
ISO 22000:2018 standard
Taking account of solicitude for quality of provided services as well as wishing to extend the offer by adding port services within the scope of reloading, handling, storage and warehousing of food commodities, the Company has implemented the Food Safety and Feed Safety Management System based on the international standard: EN ISO 22000.
The obtained FSMS certificate No. 339/2005 was issued on 17 October 2005 by PIHZ Certyfikacja (Polish Foreign Trade Chamber Certification), re-certified every 3 years, the current one is valid until 9 October 2023.
GMP+B3 Trade, Collection and Storage & Transhipment
In order to enhance quality in feedstuffs cargo service on 9 October 2017 the Certificate of International Registration GMP+ was granted to the Company for warehousing and reloading processes of feedstuffs. Thereby we ensure that within this scope all operations are safe.
The certificate was issued by the Kiwa Nederland B.V. dated to be effective until October 2023, re-certified every 3 years.
On 10th of June 2019 OT Port Gdynia Ltd. has received the AEO Certificate, i.e. the Status of Authorized Economic Operator, which allows the use of facilitations related to customs control and simplified procedure. The AEO Certificate confirms quality, credibility and integrity of the Company, which complies with the provisions of Community law within trading with countries outside the European Union. According to it, Customers can be sure that the services provided by the terminal meet European quality requirements.
